Here at The Lady Bag we want to make sure you love your bag! If you decide you would like to return your bag please follow the steps below. Once The Lady Bag receives and processes your return we would be happy to help you find the bag of your dreams.
Remember for your item to be eligible for a return you must have the security tag still attached, unworn and in the same condition it was purchased in. All returns must include all “extras” (dust bag, box, lock and straps etc.)
- Submit your return request through the form below or email [email protected] within 3 business days of receiving your delivery. The item must be shipped within 7 days to The Lady Bag. ALL ORDERS PURCHASED After December 1st as holiday gifts can be returned through Jan 4 2020.
- If the item you received was not sold as described or is not authentic, you can file a misrepresentation return claim. If you are approved for this you will receive a full refund. Please see steps on the bottom.
- Please note all return layaways will incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Once your return is approved you will receive an approval email. You can ship your bag to The Lady Bag, be sure to ship your bag with insurance. Please ship your item in a secure package to insure it is received in the same condition The Lady Bag shipped it in.

- When your item is received by The Lady Bag the return process can take up to 7 business days. Once the item is received, deemed unworn, within the return requirements and goes through our authentication department you will then receive your store credit through email.
We do buy bags back that have been unworn and are in the same condition. Please checkout our Buyback program through the link below.
Misrepresentation Return Claim & Authentication
Please email [email protected], include your name and order number. Each claim will be processed according to the situation. You should expect an answer within 48 business hours.
The Lady Bag has a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to replicas and non-authentic items. The Lady Bag will issue a full refund if an item you purchased is not authentic or has been misrepresented in its listing.
